AI lets us explore 10× more creative territory in the same time. Instead of one or two concepts in a week, we can generate and evaluate dozens of directions in hours. The difference is we're not using AI to replace creative judgment — we're using it to remove the bottleneck between imagination and execution. Every final deliverable still goes through rigorous human craft and refinement.
Yes, full IP transfer is included in all plans. Upon final payment, you own all source files, master assets, and usage rights. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality — which we fully accommodate for competitive or NDA reasons.
Brand identity: 3–6 weeks. Motion design pieces: 1–3 weeks. Interactive/WebGL experiences: 4–10 weeks depending on complexity. AI art direction campaigns: 1–2 weeks. These timelines assume prompt client feedback — our part is rarely the bottleneck.
We're tool-agnostic and choose based on what the project needs. Our primary toolkit includes Midjourney, ComfyUI with custom LoRAs, Stable Diffusion XL, DALL·E 3, Runway for motion, and our own fine-tuned models trained on client brand assets. We also use Claude and GPT-4 for creative copywriting and concept development.
Absolutely. We can fine-tune AI models on your existing visual identity — feeding in your approved assets to ensure everything we generate feels unmistakably on-brand. This is a key part of the Luminary and Constellation onboarding process.
For retainer plans, we ask for a 3-month minimum commitment — this gives us time to understand your brand deeply and deliver work that compounds in quality. One-off projects are available on request for Constellation clients or special cases. Reach out and we'll find the right structure for your needs.
